Texas is renowned for its big bold flavors and in his debut cookbook, Brett Gallaway, known as the "Steak OG" in the competitive steak cooking world, offers readers the tools to fearlessly tackle grilling and smoking.
Additionally, the cookbook includes Brett's recommendations on essential tools and cooking accessories, making it accessible to home cooks of all skill levels. This book is the first of the Recipes From the Ranch series, with vol 2, "Texas Meat Sweats," due to release in 2024. The sequel features Brett's "Million Dollar Steak " recipe that helped him win the Steak World Championship, alongside other great recipes that are sure to make you the king of the Cul-de-sac.

We can host classes in our "Grilling Arena" here in Gallawayville Ranch or we can bring the class to your group at your location.
